If it has been a while since you’ve visited the OrangeCRM online help manual at help.orangecrm.com, you may be pleasantly surprised by some of the recent changes and enhancements. Not only have we added new help topics, more detailed explanations and clear step by step instructions, we also gave it a new look and feel! The streamlined format is easy to navigate and helps you quickly find what you are looking for.
The first improvement you may notice is the clean, uncluttered table of contents. Many of the help topics have been consolidated into subtopics of main topics. Additionally, there are now only three books inside the main OrangeCRM Help Guide: the OrangeCRM Reports book, OrangeCRM Modules book and OrangeCRM Blog Archive book. The redesigned table of contents increases efficiency, helping you to find relevant information as quickly as possible.
Another time saving enhancement you may appreciate is the mini table of contents that has been added to each main help topic. The mini table of contents located at the top of each page not only provides a brief overview of the subtopics included in the main topic, it also contains hyperlinks that allow you to click on a subtopic and jump to that specific section on the page.
As you scroll through a main topic, you will find that each subtopic is clearly identified and delineated.
Here’s a helpful tip to quickly get back to the mini table of contents at the top of the page: Go to the main table of contents and click on the topic you are currently viewing. That will refresh the page, bringing you back to the top where you can click on the next subtopic you wish to skip to.
